In November, the team of experts at Fismer Lecithin achieved quality management certification in accordance with the new and globally valid ISO22000:2005 standard.
The ISO standard is the overarching and internationally recognized standard for quality management of food safety. With this certification, the Hanseatic lecithin producer guarantees the quality and safety of lecithins and food along the entire supply chain. The management system can be applied to the purchase, control of production, quality assurance, storage and sale of lecithins and phospholipids.
