Fismer Lecithin is now a member of the PMCA

A great success for us and an enormous added value for our customers: On 9 July 2020, Fismer Lecithin GmbH became a member of the Professional Manufacturing Confectioners' Association (PMCA).

The PMCA is an international association dedicated to the promotion of information, training and cooperation between companies and entrepreneurs in the confectionery sector. Although Fismer Lecithin is not a designated confectionery company, we were admitted to the association. We owe this to our special know-how in the field of special lecithins, which are important for the confectionery industry, and in which the PMCA can now count on our cooperation.
