International Sales Manager (m/w/d)

Full-time

We are looking for an International Sales Manager (m/f/d) for our headquarters in Hamburg-Harburg.

Your tasks:

  • Acquiring new customers and retaining existing customers
  • Key account management and support
  • Forcing the market expansion
  • Responsible for the regular update of market information data with respect to customers in the sales area
  • Implementation of the new planning and sales strategies agreed upon every year as well as participation in the pricing policy
  • Analysis of the price development of competitors and customers
  • Customer analysis with the aim of systematic acquisition of new customers
  • Organisation and processing of relevant information from customer conversations / competition contacts
  • Contract negotiations / pricing with customers until conclusion
  • Planning of quantity / sales and earnings
  • Complaint processing
  • Technical consultation of customers
  • Budget responsibility for the listed sales areas
  • Participation in exhibitions in the country and abroad

What you bring with you:

  • High willingness to travel
  • Many years of experience in field service
  • English language skills with business fluency, other language skills welcome
  • Good IT knowledge with MS Office products, preferably also Navision
  • You are also required to acquire new customers through personal contact

Quality & Product Development Manager (m/f/d)

Full-time

We are looking for an Product Development Manager (m/f/d) for our headquarters in Hamburg-Harburg.

Your tasks:

  • Creating + monitoring purchase specifications
  • Creation of external quality statements
  • Checking the documentation of suppliers relevant for quality
  • Maintenance and monitoring of NON-GMO systems and analysis strategies
  • Organising incoming goods inspection through external laboratories
  • Quality monitoring of the suppliers
  • Conducting audits
  • Processing of customer questionnaires
  • Checking of quality change requests of our customers
  • Preparation of analysis certificates in compliance with the finished goods specifications
  • Preparing and conducting risk analyses
  • Developing and updating analysis methods
  • Updating the HACCP plan and the QM manual
  • Conducting trainings
  • Checking the quality change requests of customers and suppliers
  • Recommendations for product adaptation to market and customer requirements
  • Quality planning for new products
  • Preparation of technical documents like data sheets, MSDS, etc.
  • Monitoring the quality standards for specifications, methods, approval criteria
  • Technical consultation and training of employees and customers

What you bring with you:

  • Completed apprenticeship in the field of food technology with focus on quality management and
  • additional training as quality management representative
  • 2 years of professional experience
  • Internal auditor certificate
  • Experience in the preparation of ISO 22000 manual
  • Basic knowledge of the requirements of BRC, IFS, Halal.Kosher, etc.
  • Experience in the field of auditing
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
